1. Barefoot Luxury & Organic Greek Craftsmanship
Located on the peaceful Sithonia peninsula in northern Greece, Ekies All Senses is an architectural love letter to authentic Greek materials and organic philosophy. Created by Alexandra Efstathiadou, the resort combines traditional Macedonian building techniques, unpolished marble, cast bronze, and natural untreated timber with playful mid-century furniture pieces from Achille Castiglioni and Ingo Maurer.
The hotel opens directly onto the glass-like waters of Vourvourou Bay, facing a cluster of small uninhabited islets and the imposing silhouette of Mount Athos across the Aegean Sea.
2. The Seclusion Matrix Breakdown (9.3 / 10)
Protected naturally by the barrier island of Diaporos, Vourvourou Bay forms a warm, shallow lagoon with zero large vessel traffic and virtually no tidal chop.
- Tide-Line Hammocks & Pine Canopy: Shaded hammocks are strung directly between ancient pines over the water's edge, allowing guests to read with feet in the sea.
- Direct Islet Skiff Excursions: Electric silent tenders can be hired from the resort dock to explore deserted white-sand coves on Diaporos Island.
- Low Decibel Micro-Climate: Far removed from the package tourism hubs of Kassandra, Sithonia preserves strict ecological zoning and night-sky tranquility.
3. Suites & Sustainable Biophilic Design
The 33 suites are built using non-toxic paints, organic coco-mat mattresses, and bespoke open-air living pavilions. Many include private heated plunge pools surrounded by wild lavender, rosemary, and thyme bushes.

The culinary crown is the exclusive Treehouse Restaurant, an intimate wooden dining platform suspended in the pine canopy overlooking the lagoon. Chef Dimitris Pamporis serves an avant-garde degustation menu celebrating northern Greek coastal foraging and line-caught seafood.
