Finderstoryshlf publishes bespoke architectural reviews, acoustic isolation assessments, and hiking dossiers. Our "Seclusion Scores" are proprietary ratings calculated according to our internal 10-point Seclusion Matrix. While our team conducts rigorous on-site verification, coastal conditions, trail accessibility, hotel management policies, and marine regulations may change without notice.
Finderstoryshlf acts solely as an independent editorial guide and travel advisor. We are not a direct hotel operator, tour provider, or marine charter captain. Any booking concluded with a third-party property is governed exclusively by that property's individual terms, cancellation rules, and deposit schedules.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise indicated, the website, source code, databases, algorithms, novel card layouts, UI designs, textual dossiers, curated geographic coordinates, and architectural photography are our proprietary property or licensed to us, and are protected by French, European, and international copyright and trademark laws.
- You may view, download, and print individual pages for personal, non-commercial research purposes only.
- No part of our Seclusion Matrix ratings or coordinate compendiums may be scraped, automated, republished, or syndicated without express written consent from Finderstoryshlf Architectural Travel Ltd.
4. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
In using our services, you agree not to:
- Use automated scrapers, bots, or data extraction scripts to compile our hidden beach coordinates into competing databases.
- Submit fraudulent, deceptive, or spam inquiries through the Concierge Dispatch form.
- Attempt to bypass, disable, or tamper with security-related features of the platform or servers.
- Use coordinates or trail notes to engage in unlawful camping, commercial trespassing on private marine property, or environmental degradation of protected UNESCO Biosphere Reserves.
5. Limitation of Liability & Coastal Safety Disclaimer
Trekking to isolated coves (such as Cala Trebalúger, Cala Fustam, and remote Dalmatian inlets) involves inherent physical hazards, including steep limestone cliffs, loose scree, sudden tidal swells, absence of mobile cellular reception, and extreme summer temperatures.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FINDERSTORYSHLF SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING PERSONAL INJURY, MARITIME STRANDING, PROPERTY LOSS, OR CANCELLATION EXPENSES RESULTING FROM YOUR EXPEDITIONS OR RELIANCE ON CONTENT PUBLISHED ON THIS SITE.
6. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Finderstoryshlf Architectural Travel Ltd., its directors, employees, and field correspondents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of France. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the commercial courts located in Quimper / Douarnenez, France.
